Thank you for shopping with Swyft Sleep. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully. All timeframes are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.

UK orders placed before 12pm (GMT) will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing may take up to 1–2 additional working days. In rare cases of significant delays, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

During peak events (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday), dispatch times may be extended by up to 5 working days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Free Standard UK Delivery (3–5 working days) – Orders £60 and over
  • Standard UK Delivery (3–5 working days) – £6.95
  • Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days) – £11.95

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if a tracked service was selected).

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

All orders are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Swyft Sleep is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are checked and packed with care before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

We are not liable for damage or loss caused by the courier once the item has been dispatched, but we will always support you in resolving any delivery issues.

7. Pre-Order Items

If a product is marked as “pre-order”, this means it is currently out of stock and awaiting replenishment.

Pre-order delivery times will be shown on the product page. If fulfilment is expected to take longer than 4 weeks, we will update you accordingly.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders where possible.
